GRANDMOTHER'S RAISIN SAUCE FOR
BAKED HAM
 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. seedless raisins
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/2 glass fruit jelly (crab apple)

Cook sugar and 1/2 cup water 5 minutes. Add other ingredients and cook until jelly dissolves.
