RAISIN SAUCE FOR BAKED OR BOILED
HAM
 
1 c. water
1 c. raisins
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. orange marmalade
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves

Mix dry ingredients well, gradually add water and orange juice, when mixture begins to boil over medium heat add remaining ingredients, and cook several minutes until clear. Keeps well in refrigerator.
