2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
3 c. quick cook oatmeal
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut

Mix sugar, milk, butter and cocoa in a pan and bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from stove and add oatmeal, peanut butter, vanilla and coconut. Spoon out on wax paper or foil to cool.
