1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 c. raisins
2 c. diced apples
1 qt. apple juice

Combine cornstarch, sugar, salt and allspice; stir in apple juice. Cook until clear. Add fruit and heat through. Serve over ham.
