FRUIT CREAM 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. pineapple juice (use juice from cans of pineapple)
2 oranges (I use 1 lg. can mandarin oranges)
2 bananas
1 apple
1 med. can sliced pineapple
1/2 pt. heavy cream

Cook first 4 ingredients in double boiler until mixture thickens. Cool thoroughly, then add the cut up fruits. Beat cream and add to fruit mixture. Chill well and serve.
