KATHI'S QUICK SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN | |
1 (16 oz.) bottle Classic Catalina dressing (Kraft fat-free) 1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves (Smucker's sugar-free) 1 onion, cut into small slices 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple (chunks or crushed - your choice) 4 boneless chicken breasts (or 1 pkg. tenderloins) Boil chicken, then cut into small chunks. Mix dressing, preserves, onions and pineapple together in a Crock-Pot or medium saucepan, cook on medium heat. Add chunked chicken. Cook on medium heat until the mixture is hot.
