2 lg. cans sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar

Layer sweet potatoes in casserole dish. In a boiler on top of stove mix sugar and butter. When sugar melts and turns to syrup pour over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 to 45 minutes.
