SHANNON'S PUMPKIN CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. Crisco or vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 c. canned pumpkin
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. coconut

Sift together dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Stir together well. Pour into bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
