HAWAIIAN BREAD 
1 (#2 1/2) can crushed pineapple
4 eggs
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 pkg. moist coconut (7 or 10 oz.)
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt

Prepare 3 greased 5 x 9 inch loaf pans. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine pineapple including juice with the coconut. Add the eggs which have been beaten until light and then add the sugar. Mix well. Sift the flour, then measure and sift again with the salt and soda. Mix well with all previous ingredients.

Pour into the loaf pans dividing batter evenly. Bake in slow oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until center tests done. Turn out on wire racks. Cool completely before slicing. Serve plain or with butter.
