3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
