MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. milk
1 c. coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. cocoa
2 eggs

Put everything in mixing bowl. I make the 1 cup coffee with instant coffee. Beat for 3 minutes. Pour into 3 (9 inch) greased and floured pans. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Great with chocolate icing or for a more spectacular dessert, layer with Cool Whip then put chocolate shavings on top.
