DANISH DESSERT CAKE 
1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. yellow or white cake mix
3 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. water
1 (4 3/4 oz.) pkg. Junket Danish Dessert or Salada Danish dessert (any flavor)

Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir to combine. Beat with electric mixer at medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour into a well greased and floured 10"x4" tube pan or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Remove from oven. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Invert onto serving plate. Drizzle with glaze.

GLAZE:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
4 tsp. warm water

Combine and stir until smooth. Drizzle over cake.

I made this in a Bundt pan and it's the first cake I've made in awhile that didn't deflate. It's nice and dense and tasty. I'm not glazing it-instead I'm serving it tonight with whipped cream and fresh raspberries, since I used raspberry Danish Dessert. Can't get easier-you can get this in the oven in 10 minutes. It's a keeper of a recipe.
