BAKED VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 1/2 c. sliced onion
1 1/2 c. sliced carrots
3/4 c. green pepper
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. cut canned tomatoes
2 c. sliced celery
2 c. green beans, frozen & separated

Combine all ingredients and put in large glass pan, cover and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Low in calories.
