PINEAPPLE RUMAKE 
1 sm. can pineapple chunks
1 can water chestnuts
1 1/2 lb. bacon
Wooden toothpicks, large

Cut bacon slices in half. Cut large water chestnuts in half. Wrap one chunk of pineapple and one water chestnut in bacon strips and secure with toothpick. Place in circle in microwave on several layers of paper towels, cover with paper towel and cook on high until bacon is done to desired crispness. Approximately 36 appetizers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
