CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli (precooked 4 min.)
2 c. sliced chicken (1 whole chicken)
2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. nutmeg, salt, pepper, optional
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. sherry (dry or cooking sherry)

Layer broccoli and chicken in a 13x9 casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken and broccoli. Mix bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 6-8.
