DEVILED CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced onion
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
3 c. diced cooked chicken or turkey
Hot sauce
Bread crumbs

Saute onions and celery in butter. Add salt, mustard and flour. Gradually add milk and cook until thickened. Add chicken and a few drops of hot sauce to taste. Place in casserole and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
