CHICKEN RONI CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken or turkey
4 oz. shredded (1 c.) sharp or American cheese
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.

Combine macaroni, chicken, cheese, soup, milk, mushrooms, pimento and mustard.

Turn into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine crumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
