YUMMY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
This is a good way to get your children to eat peas!

1 cooked deli chicken, chopped
1 box Chicken Flavored Rice-a-Roni, cooked
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can tiny green peas
1 can white corn
1 can sliced water chestnuts
salt and pepper to taste
half package Pepperidge Farm herbed dressing mix

Mix all ingredients except the dressing mix. Put in 13x9-inch casserole dish and top with dressing mix. Dot with butter. Cook for 45 minutes to an hour at 350°F.
