“CAROLINA CHICKEN CASSEROLE” IS IN:

CAROLINA CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
This makes a large casserole, which can serve as a whole meal. Delicious hot or cold.

4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
Weber's chicken seasoning, to taste
1 box chicken Rice-a-Roni, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can white corn, drained
1 can greens peas, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 cup chopped celery and onions, sautéed
Pepperidge Farm Seasoned Stuffing Mix
2 tbsp. butter

Chop chicken into small nuggets and sauté in butter. Season with salt, pepper, and Weber's chicken seasoning. Remove from stove to cool.

Cook Rice-a-Roni according to package directions. Remove from stove to cool.

Mix all ingredients except stuffing mix and butter. Put in casserole dish, cover with a thin layer of stuffing mix, and dot with butter. Cook for an hour at 350°F until hot and bubbling.

Optional ingredients: mushrooms, green beans, garbanzo beans, or carrots.
