BEEF BRISKET 
1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 env. onion soup mix
2 1/2 to 3 lb. beef brisket, not corned
1 can beer

Place big piece of oil in 9 x 13 inch pan. Place brisket fat side down on foil. Pour barbecue sauce on meat. Sprinkle onion soup mix over sauce. Wrap meat and sauce tightly with foil. Bake 2 1/2 hours at 250 degrees. Open foil and pour 1 can of beer over meat. Rewrap and bake 1 1/2 hours longer. Slice and enjoy. Delicious! Leftover meat can be chopped in food processor; heat with sauce for barbecue beef sandwiches.
