CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1/3 c. butter
1 1/2 (1 oz.) sq. chocolate
2 lg. or 3 sm. eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

(I use - I Can't Believe It's Not Butter). Melt butter and chocolate slowly. Beat eggs and add sugar, milk, vanilla to melted butter and chocolate. Pour into pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes until filling is firm. Serves 6.
