BROCCOLI QUICHE 
3 eggs
3 oz. cheese (not sharp)
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/4 c. milk
4-5 strips bacon
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Make favorite pie crust or Bisquick pie crust. Bake 10-15 minutes at 425 degrees in 9 inch pie plate.

Filler: Mix butter, eggs, milk and seasoning in one bowl. Fry bacon (crisp) and cut up in pieces. Put broccoli, bacon and strips of cheese into pie crust and pour egg mixture over these (pour 1/2 mixture, wait 2 minutes, then pour in remaining mixture). Add cheese design on top 1/2 way through baking. Bake 25-35 minutes at 400 degrees.

May substitute broccoli for other vegetable or leave out the vegetables and serve as a breakfast quiche.
