IMPOSSIBLE BROCCOLI QUICHE 
10 oz. frozen broccoli
1 or 2 tsp. chopped onion
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
3 eggs
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix

Grease 9 inch pie plate. Thaw and drain broccoli and place on bottom of pie plate. Sprinkle with onion and grated cheese. Place milk, Bisquick mix, eggs, salt, and pepper in blender (or beat with hand beater). Cover and whirl for 15 seconds. Pour into pie plate. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
