CHEESY SAUSAGE QUICHE | |
3/4 lb. pork sausage link 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion 1 tbsp. flour 2 eggs, beaten 1 tbsp. parsley 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/3 c. green pepper 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 deep dish pie crust 1 c. evaporated milk 3/4 tsp. Lawry salt 1/4 tsp. pepper At 375 degrees fry the sausage; drain. Reserve 2 tablespoons of fat. Saute the onions and pepper in the fat, slice the sausage. Combine the cheese and flour, stir in the sausage, onions and green pepper. Spread this mixture into the pie crust. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour into the shell. Bake on a cookie sheet for 35 to 40 minutes until set or browned. |
