1 lb. ground Italian sausage
1/2 c. onion, diced
1/3 c. green pepper
1 1/2 c. sharp grated cheese
1 tbsp. flour
1 pie crust, unbaked deep dish
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. Pet milk
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

375 oven. Fry sausage; saute onion and green pepper. Mix cheese and flour; add to sausage and onion. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Mi egg, milk and other remaining ingredients. Pour on top of above mixture and mix well. Bake on cookie sheet in oven 35-40 minutes or until set.
