APPETIZER PATE CHEESECAKE 
1 c. crushed plain croutons
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. braunschweiger or liver sausage
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. chopped pimento
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. Kraft pure prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Combine croutons and butter; press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Soften gelatin in water; stir over low heat until dissolved. Combine cream cheese and braunschweiger, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Gradually add gelatin. Stir in remaining ingredients until blended; pour over crust. Chill until firm. Remove rim of pan. 16 servings.
