CARAMEL ICING 
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
2 2/3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter in saucepan, add brown sugar and salt. Cook over low heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk and continue cooking until mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, blend in powdered sugar and consistency. Icing will thicken after it has cooled on cake. Spread on your favorite chocolate cake. It's a favorite!
