3 MINUTE CARAMEL ICING 
1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. condensed milk

Combine ingredients and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it boils. Cook for 3 minutes, cool, add 1/2 teaspoon flavoring. Beat until light and slightly stiff.
