CORNBREAD SALAD 
10 inch pan cornbread
2 c. pinto beans, drained
1 c. chopped onion, cut fine
1 c. bell pepper
2 c. diced tomatoes
2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sweet pickle juice
1 c. grated cheese
Bacon bits

Crumble cornbread in 9 x 13 inch dish. Add pinto beans, onions and bell pepper. Add tomatoes. Mix mayonnaise and sweet pickle juice. Pour over top and finish with bacon bits and grated cheese. Substitute pinto for pink beans. Substitute mayonnaise or Miracle Whip.
