CORNBREAD SALAD 
2 (6 oz.) pkg. yellow cornbread mix
6 slices crisp fried bacon, cooked in microwave
1/2 c. mayonnaise on to taste
3/4 c. chopped green peppers
1 onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped

Bake cornbread according to package. Cool and crumble. Mix all ingredients together. You can add celery, boiled eggs, pickles and pimentos if you wish. Serve with beans or chili.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
