POTATO CASSEROLE 
6-9 med. potatoes, cooked in skins, peel & slice
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup

Heat. Blend in:

1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. green onions
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (cheddar)

Mix all together and top with 2 tablespoons butter mixed with corn flakes. Bake until hot.
