YUMMY SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
7 potatoes, peeled and sliced
4 lg. sausage links, skinned, cut in half and sliced
2 c. green beans, drained (may be canned)
2 c. white sauce

Mix above ingredients in glass bowl. Bake on high in microwave about 20 minutes until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally, keeping cover on. Top with 1/2 cup shredded Colby cheese. Bake with cover off until cheese is melted.

WHITE SAUCE:

Melt 4 tablespoons butter in pan. Stir in 4 tablespoons flour and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Then 2 cups milk.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
