FESTIVE CHICKEN MACARONI SALAD 
1 (3 lb.) broiler fryer chicken, cooked & meat removed from bones, cubed
1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked to pkg. directions
1 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
2 med. oranges, peeled & sliced
1 c. seedless grapes
1/2-1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4-1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sliced maraschino cherries
Lettuce leaves
1/2 c. toasted nuts

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except cherries. lettuce and nuts. Mix well. Chill thoroughly. Just before serving, stir in cherries; serve on lettuce garnished with nuts. Refrigerate leftovers.
