MOLASSES CRUNCH | |
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/4 c. light molasses 1 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. water 1 1/2 c. toasted ready to eat crisp rice cereal 1/2 c. raisins Into a medium saucepan turn the chocolate, molasses, butter and water. Stir constantly over low heat until chocolate and butter melt. Remove from heat. Add cereal - raisins. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonsful onto wax paper. Refrigerate until set. Makes 3 dozen. |
