2 eggs, beaten
Lump of butter
Pinch of salt

Cook in double boiler until thickened. Stir in 2 small cakes of Philadelphia cream cheese. Stir until smooth. Take from stove and add: 1 green pepper

Both of these chop very fine and add to cheese mixture.
