2 lbs. ground beef
1 can stewed tomatoes, drain
1 sm. to med. onion, diced
1 sm. can diced chilies (opt.)
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Dash garlic salt
3 tbsp. Heinz 57
10-12 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1/2 sleeve saltines
1/4 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled

Combine all ingredients, mold into baking dish. Cover with 2 to 3 slices bacon. Put Heinz 57 and Worcestershire sauce on top. Put 1 can tomato sauce to finish on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Drain fat as cooking. Serves 6.
