DIABETIC OATMEAL COOKIES 
3 tbsp. butter
1 lg. mashed banana
2/3 c. non-fat dry milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar substitute
4 tbsp. raisins (optional)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. oats

Mix all above ingredients, drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
