GREEN RICE (THANKSGIVING DAY) 
3/4 c. rice
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. chopped cheese

Cook rice in 1 3/4 cups water until done; add remaining ingredients. Pour into baking dish. Bake, covered, for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
