BLUEBERRY PIE | |
1 8 oz. cream cheese 1/4 c. milk 1/2 c. sugar 1/3 stick butter 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 c. blueberries Mix cream cheese, milk, sugar and pour in graham cracker crust. Cook blueberries. Sweeten to taste. Thicken with corn starch. Add butter and lemon juice. Cool and pour mixture. Top with whipped cream or cool whip. |
