GLAZED BLUEBERRY CREAM CHEESE
PIE
 
4 c blueberries
1 c sugar
3 oz cream cheese
1 c water
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 9-inch pie shell (cooked)

Wash and drain berries. Simmer 1 c berries and 2/3 c water for 3 minutes. Blend in sugar, corn starch, and remaining 1/3 cup water.

Add to hot mixture and boil 1 minute stirring constantly. Let cool.

Spread cream cheese over pie shell.

Put 2 1/2 c berries in shell and cover with cooked mixture. Cover with whipped cream and garnish with remaining 1/2 c berries.
