ROAST CHICKEN CANTONESE 
1 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. ginger
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. ginger root, minced
1/4 c. green onion, chopped

Combine and mix together in a mixing bowl. Rub one 3 1/2 pound fryer in and out with the mixture. Marinate for 45 minutes before roasting. Bake chicken at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Can also be done with chicken pieces. The smell is heavenly! and the leftovers can be cut into strips, sprinkled with sesame seed and leftover marinade and mixed with greens for a delicious salad.
