RIBBON MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. lean beef, ground
1 tsp. salt
Few grains pepper
1 sm. onion, minced
1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb-flavored bread stuffing mix

Grease 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Combine beef, salt, pepper, onion and milk, mix thoroughly. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package. Fill pan with 3 layers of meat and 2 layers of stuffing, beginning and ending with meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Makes 6 servings.
