CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix (Liptons)
2 cans water
1 c. rice
1 fryer, cut up & seasoned with salt & pepper

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Place chicken in casserole and pour soup mixture over. Cover and cook 40 minutes at 400 degrees. Then reduce heat to 300 degrees for 1 hour longer. Use large casserole.
