CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 c. uncooked rice
1 fryer, cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cans water
Salt & pepper to taste

Sprinkle soup mix in bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle rice over soup. Place chicken pieces over rice. Mix soup and water together and pour over chicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover with foil and cook 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
