CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain rice (uncooked)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. orange juice
1/3 c. water
1 can mushroom pieces, do not drain
1 pkg. Lipton's onion soup

Mix rice, soup, orange juice, water, mushrooms and 1/2 package onion soup. Pour into a large greased casserole. Place 8 pieces of chicken on top. Sprinkle with remaining onion soup.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is done (cover for first hour).

I always crush onions with a rolling pin in the package before opening and mix contents thoroughly before dividing in half.
