CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. raw rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 c. water
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1 chicken, cut up

Place rice in greased casserole dish. Add chicken and sprinkle with onion soup. Add mushroom soup. Pour water on top and cover. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4.
