SPICY SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. shrimp, peeled, uncooked, and cut into bite-size pieces
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 to 3/4 can Rotel tomatoes, diced
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can cream of celery soup
1 onion, diced
1/2 bell pepper, diced
2 c. rice, uncooked
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix the above ingredients together in a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and stir. Replace foil tightly over pan and bake for another 30-40 minutes.

Had to cook an extra 10 mins for 90 mins overall to get the rice done, GOOD but NOT spicy.
