SPICY CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooking rice
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. Scotch broth soup
1 c. mushrooms
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1/8 tsp. garlic powder, thyme, sage
1/4 c. stuffed olives
3/4 c. burgundy

Cook rice. Brown meat in butter. Drain fat. Add onion. Add everything else but olives and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle top with cheese and olives before serving.
