EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
1 1/2 soup cans milk
1 lg. fryer, cut up
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix rice, soups and milk. Place in large casserole. Place chicken skin side down on rice. Add salt and pepper. Bake at 250 degrees for 3 hours, turning once.
