CRANBERRY/PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 can whole cranberry sauce, undrained
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and mashed
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix mayonnaise, sugar and cream cheese together in large bowl. Mix in cranberry sauce, pineapple and nuts. Then fold in Cool Whip. Freeze in 9x13 inch pan. Defrost for 15 minutes or so before serving. Cut slices as needed. Can be used as a side dish or dessert.
